What a licensing partnership is —
and what it is not

This is

  • A formal, time-bound agreement to adapt specified HM frameworks within your own practice or organization
  • A relationship built on philosophical alignment — shared values must precede any signed document
  • An arrangement in which HM retains full ownership of all source frameworks, methodology, and intellectual property
  • A structure that requires proper attribution in all derivative work
  • A living agreement — renewed annually and subject to alignment review
  • A commitment made by Naiya personally, reviewed and approved by her directly

This is not

  • A certification, credential, or endorsement of you as a practitioner
  • A franchise — you do not operate under the Herban Mystic name or brand
  • A white-label arrangement — HM's frameworks may not be repackaged as your own original methodology
  • A passive licensing arrangement — partners are expected to remain in active alignment with HM's philosophy
  • Available to anyone who applies — most applications will not result in an agreement
  • A course, a program, or an educational certification pathway

Licensing tiers

Two pathways to partnership

Both tiers require an application and alignment call before any agreement is discussed. Investment for each tier is disclosed during the alignment process.

I Tier One

Practitioner License

For individual practitioners, facilitators, and educators

Designed for practitioners who want to formally integrate select HM frameworks into their existing 1:1 or group work. This tier is for those already holding a practice — not those looking to build one from the framework.

  • Onboarding session with Naiya — framework context, use guidelines, and philosophical grounding
  • Access to licensed framework materials and methodology documentation
  • Use rights within your existing 1:1 and group containers, with attribution requirements
  • Annual alignment check-in to renew and review
  • Framework updates distributed throughout the agreement term

II Tier Two

Institutional License

For wellness brands, retreat centers, spas, and organizations

Designed for organizations seeking to embed HM methodology into programming at scale. This tier requires a deeper relationship and a longer runway — it is not available to organizations in early operational phases.

  • Extended onboarding with Naiya — staff briefing, methodology orientation, and phased integration planning
  • Co-branded framework materials developed in alignment with organizational context
  • Designated use rights across organizational programming, events, and client delivery
  • Ongoing HM relationship for quality alignment — scheduled touchpoints through the year
  • Priority access to updates, seasonal material, and emerging HM frameworks as they become available for licensing

Framework Materials

Documentation of the licensed framework — its structure, philosophy, application methodology, and use parameters. Formatted for practitioner reference, not public distribution.

Onboarding Session

A private session with Naiya to orient you to the framework's lineage, intention, and proper application. This is not a training — it is a transmission and a grounding conversation.

Use Rights

Defined, written parameters governing how the framework may appear in your work — within which containers, with what attribution language, and where the boundaries of adaptation lie.

Attribution Language

Standard language for crediting HM in your materials, bios, and programming descriptions. Attribution is a requirement, not a courtesy — and the language is provided to make it easy.

Alignment Touchpoints

Structured check-ins through the agreement term to ensure application remains in integrity with the framework's intention. These are not evaluative audits — they are relationship maintenance.

Framework Updates

When the licensed framework is refined or expanded, partners receive updated materials. You are carrying living methodology, not a static product.

Submit an Inquiry

Complete the inquiry form with information about your practice, your relationship to the framework, and why you are seeking a licensing partnership. Applications are reviewed quarterly.

Alignment Call with Naiya

If your inquiry reflects genuine alignment, you will be invited to a direct conversation with Naiya. This call is about fit — philosophical, practical, and relational. Not every call results in an agreement.

III

Agreement, if mutual

If both parties confirm readiness, a formal licensing agreement is drafted, reviewed, and signed. Onboarding follows. The relationship begins with the agreement, not the application.

Who qualifies

Alignment before agreement

Applications are reviewed for philosophical alignment before any other criteria. Qualifications matter, but orientation matters more.

Partners typically hold

  • An established practice or organization — you have clients, community, or institutional context to bring this framework into
  • Demonstrated commitment to anti-exploitative, sovereignty-centered approaches in your field
  • Experience with frameworks rooted in ritual, embodiment, or spiritual practice — this is not an introduction to the methodology
  • An audience or institutional context aligned with HM's values: practical mysticism, prosperity with integrity, and non-dogmatic spiritual inquiry
  • The capacity to implement — this is not a framework to acquire; it is a methodology to actively carry

A note on experience: We are not credentialing bodies and we do not require specific certifications. What we are looking for is depth of engagement with the work — yours and ours. Surface-level familiarity with HM frameworks is not a foundation for partnership.

Why we are deliberate
about who carries this work

HM frameworks were not built in abstraction. They emerged from a specific lineage — practical mysticism as infrastructure, prosperity as a spiritual practice, embodiment as a strategic tool. That lineage is not incidental. It is the framework.

When we license, we are not distributing a product. We are extending a methodology into new hands. Those hands shape how the work lands — whether it remains in integrity or becomes something that looks like HM but no longer carries its intention.

This is why capacity is limited to 3–5 partners per year. It is why every application is reviewed personally. It is why the alignment call exists before any agreement is written. We are not protecting market share. We are protecting the work.

Partners who carry HM frameworks are stewards of a living methodology. That requires more than contractual compliance — it requires a genuine relationship with the material and an ongoing commitment to the principles it is built on. We make agreements with people we trust to hold that. Nothing less.
